Indications
Gramax Suspension 100 mg/5 ml, containing cefixime, is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate bacterial infections caused by susceptible organisms. It is used in the management of respiratory tract infections (such as bronchitis and pharyngitis/tonsillitis), urinary tract infections, ear infections (otitis media), and certain gastrointestinal infections including typhoid fever. The strawberry-flavoured suspension formulation improves palatability and compliance, especially in pediatric patients.
